I have added a ‘consultation with personalized handouts’ category with a price that reflects the added time I spend outside an appointment to create the handout.
Initial Consultation: $150 cash/check, $155 online
Follow up Therapy (PT/bodywork) appointments: $105 cash/check, $107 online
Training (Pilates/fitness) sessions (no handouts): $80 cash/check, $82 online
One time consultation with personalized handout: $130 cash/check $132 online

Meredith uses a combination of Physical Therapy, manual techniques, and Structural Integration to address your orthopedic issues.
Meredith is also a Certified Schroth Method practitioner and can address postural patterns due to Scoliosis.
We have a fully equiped Pilates studio with Reformer Tower, Ladder Barrel, CoreAlign, Chair, and other equipment.
Meredith will develop an excercise program trailored to your specific needs and goals.
If you are looking for guidance on a specific issue or goal, for example, a balance assessment and program, or core exercise, posture.
Session includes a consultation and individualized handout.
This assessment is required prior to attending your first Pilates for Osteoporosis class. We will review bone density tests, assess balance, posture, body mechanics and review any injury history that will require modifications in class.
