**Inclement Weather Reminder: If Conval School is delayed or closed, there will be no live classes.
If the live class is canceled, it will be run on Zoom.

RATE CHANGE: Beginning on September 5th, the rate for the live classes goes down, YES down, to $15!

  Thursday 9am Defying Gravity and Pilates for Osteoporosis 10:30 classes are LIVE!

The class will run concurrently on Zoom for those wishing to
participate from home. 

Bring water, a towel and your mat!
