Note that virtual classes may not be used for live class participation!
When you purchase a virtual class, you will be added to the invite for class.
Once you have used your sessions, you will not receive an invite. Do not share invites.
I will only allow those who are expected in class to enter.

Invites are sent the night before the class.

There are so many types of stretching it can be confusing which one to do. Which type of stretches work best at what portion of my workout? How can the foam roll be used to warm up tissues vs. freeing restrictions in the body?
We will warm up and perform different stretches for the legs, shoulders, hips and back. Leave feeling freer and more mobile!
You will receive a class recording to review to practice what you learned!
